When Kawahi steals the ball I noticed the bench will stand up and raise their right hand and grab the wrist with the left hand.
How long has this been going on? How did it get started. Do they call him " THE HAND".

The Hand was a nickname given by Patty, Baynes, and other teammates; ESPN probably got wind of that and went with it.
