    While great news and typically something of an indicator of future playoff success, can someone explain to me how it is fair for teams with really good road records to typically be forced to have "home court advantage" in the playoffs? Wouldn't it just make more sense to allow the team with the better record have a larger cut of ticket sales and venue ad revenue from which ever arena the owner wants to play at? Playing at Madison square garden for a couple of games in the first or second round or in bounos Aries or Rio would earn enough extra for Mr Holt to go over the cap with free agents more often
