i agree with Lemonade on a hott day.... especially if it's homemade with real lemons.. and it's kinda chunky.. *drool.
but I guess my biggest simple pleasure is Candles... they make any quiet time seem that much more special. A lit candle or 2 at bath time or bed time....... perfect.
putting on a pair of fresh new socks.
Turning the pillow over to the cool side when I'm snoozing... my simple pleasure.

Weeeeird SW, that was the first thing I thought of when I read the le! (I just shaved this morning, it's a good feeling.
My other simple pleasure is the smell of something baking. Anything. That is one of my favorite memories from my childhood, coming home from school, walking into the house, and being greeted by the smell of cookies or breadsticks or something in the oven.
Oh yeah! A hot, freshly baked chocolate chip cookie w/ the chips melting and a tall glass of cold milk.
Yum.
