Hooray. The Toros will be stacked next season.
Because the Clippers will finish with a top 5 record this year, the Spurs will receive their second round pick in the upcoming 2014 draft. The Spurs received the Clippers top-55 protected second round pick via New Orleans in exchange for Curtis Jerrells in 2010.
Although the Clippers' pick could change slightly depending on the final standings, as of today the Spurs will have picks 30, 58, and 60 in this year's draft.

Not that it matters much, but... for draft position we now want the Clippers to lose and the Heat and Pacers to win.
Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!
First time the Spurs have gone into the draft with more than two picks since 2009. That was probably one of the most influential drafts to the team's FO in recent history.
Two of those picks will be guaranteed draft and stash overseas players. They'll more than likely never put on a Spurs uniform.
You can have our second-round pick, we'll just take Kawhi when his contract's up.... done dealPERIOD![]()
That's fine. DeShaun Thomas will come over by then to take the reigns.
I'll always take another draft pick. Even if it is only the 58. That's another dice roll that may strike it big.
another chance to find a diamond in the rough.
yes we'll get a monkeyballer
lol Clippers fans acting as if your franchise is relevant
I'd take Mam Jaiteh with that 58th pick.
