Can it really be a hate crime if he meant to kill them cause they were Jewish, but they weren't
i detest the term "anti-semite" considering the fact that the word semite refers to a family of languages with includes but is not restricted to Hebrew as well as Arabic. it has no religious connotation. but you throw anti in front of semite and the word semite changes meaning from a group of languages to a specific religion. just call it anti-jew tbh

as for the OP, thats a tough call if it actually will go down as a hate crime. is there such thing as conspiracy to commit a hate crime?
