Play out of control = get fouls called all day plus inadvertent elbows to everyone on Memphis with nothing on that end.

Only reason they got up big was because Grizz couldn't hit anything in the first. Force them into a half court game and doesn't look very pretty.

I laughed and turned it off after the first couple of minutes. Connolly was bumped HARD on the perimeter, and didn't even get a foul call, let alone the continuation he should have had for shooting the ball without putting it back onto the floor.

Whenever the game is in doubt, you can count on the refs giving them an astronomical free throw advantage. No charge call on conley which led to a wide open dunk by butler. No call on pushing randolph down which led to a run out and free throws for durant. Ticky tack bull on Durant (Allen barely grazed Durant's hand which is considered part of the ball) and Durant gets 3 free throws.

And the thing is, it's not just Durant and Westbrook who get favorable calls. Every ing player on that team gets bull calls on a daily basis.

OKC is something like .35 FTA/FGA. Rockets are up there as well. The next highest team is like .25. It's just disgusting and their re fan base doesn't even realize it.

I'm sure some moron OKC fan will read that post and think it's just sour grapes, but then why don't I complain about any other team? It is literally just OKC.

And Durant is the 2nd best player in the league. Why the does he always flop so god damned much? It's disgusting. He's almost as bad as Manu was when Manu was flopping all over the place during his prime, but given how bad Manu was being "almost as bad" is pretty ing bad.

At worst OKC will always be even with the opposing team in terms of free throw attempts. I can count the number of times I've seen the opposing team get more free throws than OKC on a single ing finger.

Prime lakers never got anywhere near the bull free throw advantage that OKC gets. I honestly can't think of a more fraudulent team than OKC in the past 30 years.

Never seem a team get this much constant love from the refs.

I mean, this is beyond ridiculous. Some teams do get the benefit of the doubt every once in a while but Thunder are a fixture with them refs.

The sad part is that they dont even need such protection from them and yet they still do.

That's why I try to avoid watching more than a quarter of play with this team. It sickens me to .

If I'm defending KD, and I know I'm getting whistled even on minor contact, then why not lay his ass out? Hard foul Durant like Bill Laimbeer would...make him earn those free throws with blood and bruises.

Six straight possessions to the free throw line. Three fouls in two minutes on Randolph. This game was horrendous.

The refs would not let the Spurs beat OKC.

It is sad, and then what happens when the refs finally call a series fair (i.e. Miami vs OKC finals)? OKC gets their face kicked in because they've used the refs as a clutch for so long and they're not prepared to legitimately beat a real, authentically good team like Miami.

Because you would be putting the league's product at risk. You would pay dearly.

The only thing I don't like about that idea is that it would be legitimizing OKC's play. If you actually start fouling them hard just because you expect them to get bull foul calls, people wouldn't be able to call OKC fraudulent anymore. I prefer it when their fraud is on full display for everyone to see.

Telling you guys, NBA will see to it their favorite western conference team gets to the finals. Only thing spurs can do is play flawlessly, it's gonna be 5 on 8. Even then refs have all the control and if they have to blatantly swing the momentum, they will.

Pretty much. We're not winning unless Danny Green goes for another finals 3 point record. You can always technically beat fraud with impeccable shooting, but the probability of that is so low that it's not worth relying on.

We all knew this was going to be the case which is why we had to have HCA to even have a chance in .
