leonard isnt consistent enough for it to be a reliable option but they do have to go him occassionally to keep the d honest

leonard will be fine, seem to be finding his spots pretty good so far but could use an uptick in frequency.
He isn't inconsistent. Look his FG%, efficient post-up -NBA rank 2nd RS-, low live/dead-ball turnovers rant...He needs to create some volume offense? Sure, but he doesn't have offensive presence in the Spurs playbook.
He has improved a lot his mide-range shot, too.
Tbh I don't think he never takes a bad shot but his numbers are so good..
