Lost me there. Brown is never going to be the tactician Pop is.
How would you feel about bringing Mike Brown back. I for one would like to see him come back. We've been losing a lot of assistants, so it would be nice to restock the bench with him. Maybe groom him to take over once Pop decides to retire.
What do you think?

I would love to bring Brown back as an assistant, but I feel like doing that is going to put him on the short list for Pop's job when he leaves, which nobody expects to be very long. After seeing Brown in Cleveland and Los Angeles, I'm not sure if I really consider that to be a good thing.
Pop will never retire and if he does maybe Bud will take his place.

I saw coach Bud at the last home game last Thurs. He was sitting in the Spurs box with his sons. His young one
was wearing a Kwahi jersey. He was watching the game and when Tony did that spin and layup for a basket
he started to clap then stopped. Old habits are hard to stop but he was here for 13 years.
If we can't have coach bud back, I say bring back Brown. I think he's forgotten the things Pop has taught him since he coached LBJ and Kobe

I have a friend who saw Pop at the airport, and he said he has at least two more years left in him. My friend doesn't bs me. Hope you guys are happy with this information.
