It would, hypothetically......................but it won't in actuality. And 30% is way too high, it's more like 0.01%. You have to remember that game 4 in a 3-0 series is a very poor predictor of future success. If Portland were to somehow win game 5, then you would be somewhat justified in thinking this way, but right now...
