    Hiring Mark Jackson was dumb. Firing him was dumber. Hiring Kerr is slightly less dumb although paying him $5 million a year is crazy. Hiring Avery Johnson was mediocre. Trading a first rounder for Rivers was kind of dumb. Hiring Jason Kidd was re ed beyond belief.

    The next fool g.m.that hires Derek Fisher as coach will look just as re ed when they end up firing him two years later.
