maybe you stumbled on to something. maybe those places could start printing some 2nd grade math or English lessons on the buckets and cartons. Then each time, someone orders a meal, they get asked a quiz question. If they get it right, they get an extra side of livers and gizzards.
no black schools? they probably all convert to islam and enrol into muslim funded schools or whatever they are called for their kind...
