Refs can't be a factor when the Thunder are getting beat like a drum and settling for jumpers.
They are just average team without special treatment from refs.

And Brooks was whining about it in the presser...
that horrendous call they gave Fisher to end the 1st probably settle them down and Westbrook not putting any pressure on the refs to make a call because settled for jumpers in the 2nd quarter helped as well than it just became a blowout and there was really no point to blow the whistle.
I am actually quite disappointed about that. Bought section 128 tickets just for the thunderefs free throws distracting white balloons thingy, and they shot just 1 free throw the whole second half..
It's really not a shocking a Brooks made it seem. OKC is a jump-shooting team. The Spurs very rarely foul jump-shooters. Where were the shooting fouls supposed to come from? SA picked up plenty on on-court fouls, just not enough to get in the bonus, since, you know the jump-shooting thing.
spurs were aggressive as too, getting to the rim a bunch helps FTAs.
plus the refs were kinda chirpy in general tonight
They are tasting their own medicine, fake coach, fake MVP, fake sidekick, fake bench and stupid fans.
Stern's gone now tbh. What happened last year when Stern was first gone? NBA Finals, and we got there on a sweep and nearly won if not for play b a specific player and a few poor coaching decisions in the 4th quarter of game 6.
Tbh, I don't think Silver I gonna fix like Stern did. Silver seems legit to me so far.
balloons never work, they just get in your way of watching a good game......
good opportunity for the refs to even out the freethrow average of okc since the game was gone by then
I heard the refs were booked on a early flight . They were on the the 10:45 P.M. FedEx out of
the airport.
It's not thunderrefs...they are called RefKC
I think Silver being the stands tonight, the refs behaved themselves for the most part. He doesn't seem like a guy that cares for fixes like Stern did.
