I just watched this breakdown again. One of the interesting points was even in the first quarter, we were winning the game because our shots were so much better looks than OKC's. So, it was just a matter of time until we pulled away.
What's interesting, as has been mentioned many times elsewhere, is the Thunder have so little attention to detail. It's kind of amazing that a team so sloppy can have the second best record in the best league in the world. All from amazing athleticism, I guess. The thing is Ibaka or no Ibaka, bad habits are hard to break and really can't be done at this late juncture in a season. In fact, since "good habits" are not ingrained and second nature, trying to correct these problems to a certain degree only makes the Thunder hesitant and over-thinking, and further reigns in their athletic advantage. Short of a major injury, I really can't see us losing this series.
