Not gonna lie, I was losing confidence the past few days after Brooks made his adjustments and Pop was left scratching his head. We know the Spurs' roster is pretty limited with top-level talent and even with some adjustments it didn't look like it'd be enough, yet along with starting Bonner (instead of the token start Manu maneuver) he changed up the defensive assignments and really seemed to inspire his team on the sidelines. Spurs may go on to lose the series anyway and HC had a lot to do with the turnaround as well, but we need to hand it to Pop: he's the best coach in the NBA.

Starting Bonner was a mistake, but he figured out soon enough that Diaw was the correct choice.
Carlisle is still #1 but Pop is a solid #2.
Matt Bonner played good defense just by being on the floor, Serge didn't know whether to step out on defense or stay in the paint. Diaw's more versatile, but because Bonner's a pure shooter, Ibaka's scared of giving him wide open looks because he's deadly from the 3. Diaw, on the other hand, tends to shy away even when he has an open look on the 3
