I can see why the Niners want Kaepernick. He 's a smart guy (4.0 grade avg, 38 on that test) and young. But the most important thing is he's able to deal with the defenses in that brutal division, a division with the best defenses as a group in the league. He can avoid those pass rushers we see in abundance in that division. What if they had let him go, now what? No doubt they'll be drafting late again in 2015, and they don't need a rookie. Who in free agency is gonna replace Kaepernick?


They need to get Kendall Hunter/LaMichael James involved in the passing game, yep, out in space and let them use that...zip! Get Carlos Hyde in there with those young legs, run Lattimore, give Gore some rest. While Crabtree and Boldin aren't going to wow ya with speed they are fantastic at what they do.
