Coach Nick saw it too. During the 3rd, LeBron waved at Spo saying take me out, and obviously was gassed. Spo kept playing him to exhaustion. I was actually thinking at the end of the game that if Spo just rested LeBron a little more, maybe he could have finished the game. But Spo instead wore him out.

    Good breakdown by Coach Nick.

I was equally amazed by Lebron coming all the way despite intense pain to defeat Diaw on the dribble and get that layup. Lots of noise about how Lebron sat after his cramps. But truth be said, the guy did what he could with the cir stances. As someone who comes from a tropical country and has seen so many athletes (and myself) suffering from cramps due to heat exhaustion playing much *less* athletic sports like cricket, I can fully understand how difficult it would have been for Lebron. There are countless cases of cramps inducing the best athletes to retire from intense and hot games mid-way.
