According to the Philadelphia Daily News, The report says that around 3:20 a.m., Harrison was driving when he was flagged down by a man wearing boxers who was fleeing an apartment, which two men had just broken into. The guy in his shorts asked Harrison to call 911, and Harrison let the man climb into the bed of his pickup. That’s when the burglars ran outside, and shot twice at Harrison’s truck.
No one was injured, but one of the bullets hit Harrison’s tire, which went flat shortly thereafter. The victim said the burglars stole $500 from him, and apparently scared him enough to eschew pants.
Harrison has been accused of involvement in two Philadelphia shootings, but wasn’t charged either time. One of the men was later shot and killed near a bar Harrison owns.
wasn't harrison involved in another shooting a while back?
edit: yeah, the story you posted mentioned it
Damn. Harrison got that dude even after the police got involved. The dude's hard core. One of the men was later shot and killed near a bar Harrison owns.
Why? He's one more murder away from being a serial killer
Come on now, who? Never heard of Marvin Harrison? How old are you Kool? Dude was sick in the NFL, put up crazy stats.
The wasn't this guy considered one of the classiest, workman like players in the league during his time in the league?
Some people think the same about Ray Lewis
Harrison is the third ranked receiver of all time in receptions with 1.102 and he's ranked seven in yards with 14,580...and his 128tds puts him at number nine on that list. To say he's an all time great is spot on. He actually out stats fellow Syracuse Orangeman Jim Brown.
During his playing days he appeared a bit aloof, not a rah! rah! type at all. A quiet type that's why we never saw him land a tv gig. I don't know why he lives around the world he appears to be in.
Check out Syracuse.
