Flipping through the Random Old School Movie thread, I was reminded of The Never Ending Story...and I would be remiss if I didn't let the Houston folks know that the River Oaks Theater on Gray is showing it as the midnight movie this Friday and Saturday night!

That, along with Labyrinth are the only fantasy movies I like. I haven't seen that film in a long time, but did like it when I saw it.
yeah Labyrinth was the ...man i use to know all the damn songs by memory...."jump magic, jump magic jump, put that magic spell on me.....but you better be ready to party........what kinda magic spell to use..
yup, Laby is deffinatly a great film. Especially good with. I liked the songs as well. And of course David Bowie! And Jeneffer Connely was just 14 when she ws in it!

Neverending Story Remake = Lame
David Bowie was the man in that movie...."you can't have the baby".......another classic line...."if she kisses you i'll make you a prince" Hoggle: "really" King: "prince of eternal stinch"........

I haven't heard anything about a remake...they're showing the original! I can't wait! Tomorrow! I put this out to some of my friends, and now it looks like we've got a good-sized group going!
