Damn, Hornets are gonna be solid next season (health permitting). Wonder what Houston's back up plan is when they strikeout on Melo/Lebron?

I like Asik, but in New Orleans where they already have an A+ interior defender?

    Pelicans giving up another first.

Another trade with poor timing for Houston. S&Ts are out now.

Bad for both teams tbh. NO doesnt need a defensive center that will clogged up the lane. And they already have AD.

Actually, this makes NO monstrous defensively. Howard is my guy and all, but I have a hard time seeing him having much of an impact against our division rivals now.

Like I said, though I do not know why they're sniffing Anthony. He's nothing, he's dog .

I don't need to be patient with other teams, Dale.

If Davis keeps hitting that midrange jumper consistently, he and Asik make a great frontcourt on both sides of the ball. The Pelicans might use Brow/Anderson/Asik like the Spurs use Duncan/Diaw/Splitter (with different minute configurations).

Some restructuring needs to take place as well. The SW division is too damn compe ive at this point.

    SA
    HOU
    MEM
    DAL
    NO

Every single one of those teams will make the playoffs.

Yeah that's crazy, no team should ever put two big men who are fantastic defenders on the same team.

Why would they not be able to do a S&T now? Also, how can NO absorb ASIK without sending anything back? I am showing that they have 58M in salaries committed to next year and ASIK makes 8M
