Patty Mills' rotator cuff, Manu's right leg...San Antonio as an organization is getting breaks no one should be happy about
You and the other user made the thread at the same time... anyway Im glad he will rest still remember that time when he broke his ankle in a game against Team Usa.
may end of being a net positive
At least all of this is happening now and not in January and will give other players playing time to improve.
Awesome.. So he can head back to SA and rest up for next season..
Except this is a huge ing break (both semi-literally and figuratively). Manu was going to ruin our chances of a repeat by playing summer ball. Now he's forced to sit out. The Spurs can potentially repeat with Manu nursing an injury this early in the 2014-2015 season (which hasn't even started yet). The Spurs can't repeat with Manu playing summer ball which likely would've ensured a major or nagging injury down the line.
YAYA good injuries this year
I thought he was going to seek a second opinion.
Manu must be bent on playing in the Worlds if he's seeking a 2nd opinion.
Still, a stress fracture is still a stress fracture, regardless of how many doctors opinions verify this.
He will have to face reality.
But Lebron's cramps!![]()
Tired of hearing about his cramps. Every player on both teams were subjected to the same conditions and only James got cramps. Physical conditions are part of the game.
Wonder what game it occurred in. I remember one game where he fell to the floor in a collision with another player and got up limping a little and holding his right side for a couple of plays, but he appeared to shake it off.
Hope he gets it healed up and it's not something that lingers into the season
Could it have been Game 5 with the Battier offensive foul?
that thread was made at the same time as this one.
So, no FIBA?
Gws, Manu, of course, but I hope he skips international ball at any rate.
Manu is made of glass....
Manu Ginobili @manuginobili
La lesión existe pero mi participación en el mundial dependerá de cuánto mejore en estos 20+ días. Sigo siendo optimista.

The injury there is but my participation in the world will depend on how much better these 20 + days go. I'm still optimistic.
