I hope I'm wrong, but who knows.
Place your bets.
Note: If there happens to be a sign-and-trade, the team he ends up with is the team that wins the vBookie, not the Spurs.
I hope I'm wrong, but who knows.
I bet spurs , just for good mojo. I can't bet against my own best wishes.
I think he will sign an offer sheet with the Jazz and SA will match, so I bet on the Jazz.
Ummm, if the Spurs match then they signed him. Kori was talking about a sign and trade, not us matching another team's offer.
if we do not resign devean then i will become a wnba silver stars fan
kori how dare you bet against devin being a spur!!!
I almost be on Denver too, he did play there for like a week![]()
I think if Pop wanted him to stay they would of got him signed by now... could be wrong. I think Devin will be happy to just stay in the NBA and keep his career going after the back thing. I wish him the best it's a good guy.
i used to think that but its only august
i just dont want to see him go
i remember seeing Devin Brown live in his second game as a spur a few years ago, when he was signed to a short term contract
he played garbage minutes in an asskicking against umm minnesota i want to say...it was a game in the winter when duncan had a load of blocks, back in the 2003 season if i recall correctly
the crowd cheered as if it were the start of the 4th quarter when he stepped onto the court with a minute to go...
ing Aye!
115200 On The Spurs...
Damn, your going all out.
Hmmmm Kori put 1500 on Denver.
Brown should only go to Denver if it is in a sign and trade for Johnson.
I put 500 on the Spurs.
A doubt comes to my mind.
If a team has an unrestricted player and is over the cap they can't do a sign and trade with more than what they have of mle, lle or minimum.
But if a team has an unrestricted player and is under the cap can they do a sign and trade with part of what they have left in salary cap?
That would apply to Denver and johnson.
Denver has only $ 38 millons in contracts.
The Spurs haven't signed anybody else yet, Devin hasn't got another offer yet, and the Spurs can match what any other team offers. All of that makes Devin look like a Spur again.
Can it move any slower this offseason?
