    Not a move. Just over paid him by...say 2 million. The Magic need shooters. I care about the Magic just as much as the Spurs. I worry about the Spurs because of the testament of the last 20 years. They aren't going anywhere.

    Exactly. Players are dumb they sacrificed to protect owners from their own stupidity and yet the Clips can sell for 2 billion. Sure it looks like players are coming out ahead with deals like this but who knows how much more money is left on the table with these dumb GM/owners?!

    GM stupidity will result in some players coming out ahead as individuals, but that doesn't change the big picture. The 2011 CBA drastically reduced the percentage of income that the players receive. Their portion of the pie is much smaller regardless of how it gets divvied up among their members.

    Fisher and Hunter got hosed. Lebron (best player at that time) was the player most affected and should of used his clout in negotiations more ...IIRC Wade was far more active.
