How have I missed this? Was browsing gunsamerica and discovered that Ruger is now doing a factory stainless tactical 10-22...sweeeet! bought that and gonna mount a holograph for a new beater ranch gun...

I knew all you gun lovers would appreciate this...

I've got about 1200 rounds of .17 and still have about 2000 rounds of .22. Can't get a semi auto in .17.

.22 is coming back down and I'll be stocking up again soon.

Looks like prices have come down a bit from last year. I remember seeing bricks going for ~$100 for a while.

    I paid $290 + $20 shipping.

Yeah, you can get the AR22's but they just seem cheesy to me...plus that 10/22 action is bulletproof.

Speaking of Zombies, when I had my last knee surgery I had run out of good books to read and took "World War Z" that someone had given me as a gift to the hospital for light reading. Probably a bad choice in reading material. It was wild. They had me doped up on Oxycontin for three days and I'll bet I killed at least a thousand zombies in my technicolor dreams.

ah...that makes sense why you said you were going to shoot zombies with a 10/22. you just wanted to say "zombies" so you could then post about your badass knee surgery and talk about taking Oxycontin.

The 10/22's aren't bad. They eject at almost a full 90 degrees.
