The neocon GOP still has nothing other than "we're not the other guys" to campaign on.... if they were smart, they'd have long since handed the party over to the libertarian wing, who can actually appeal to young voters, tbh....
Instead, they're clinging stubbornly to their Jeebo ation, warmongering, and nanny-state principles, and as a result, the GOP is becoming more and more irrelevant, only appealing to paranoid elderly voters/Boomers who are set in their ways....

I understand that you do not advocate any of their . I am simply pointing out what the people who are in Congress who are the 'libertarian' wing are. There is nobody legitimate to hand it over to.
Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and Mike Lee are all corporate stooges paid for in full like the rest of them. Your ideal is not manifest in any meaningful form in DC.
