This makes the Niners the number 3 team in the NFC behind the 'Hawks and Saints.
....Kendall Hunter for the season, he has the burst. James (also hurt) might be faster but not as quick. But....we do have depth I think. We don't know about Lattimore yet and Hyde is just a rookie.
I always get a kick out of reading...."it's a passing league". As we watch the Ravens/Seahawks win the last two SB's and the run run run Niners one of the top three teams in the league for a few years now. If you can play defense you don't need to throw the ball all around.
Speaking of defense, it's looking like Bowman won't be back until mid season, that really sucks.
This makes the Niners the number 3 team in the NFC behind the 'Hawks and Saints.
is the game dude who was redshirted last season ready to go? i forgot his name![]()
The lose of Bowman is huge, he was a difference maker. We will miss Hunter because he was our outside threat, Gore/Hyde/Lattimore don't have those quicks. James more fast than quick.
I do agree, I also see us behind the Seahawks/Saints "right now''.
Marcus Lattimore remains a ...?. That's obviously why we took Hyde. If, Lattimore does get back he's a stud, and we need someone with Gore getting old (for a RB)
Not to start another thread....
Is the media ruining the NFL? Cameras in training camps, everything being disected. Way too much talk, too many questions. Bad bad time to be a coach.
A) How brilliant is drafting Hyde look about now?
B) Behind the Saints? No. They are the Broncos of the NFC except weaker offense & defense
Ha. Saints had a top 5 defense last season. Try again. They have 3 elite pass rushers, and they upgraded in the secondary. They have a much better defense than the Broncos and their offense will be more explosive than the runners, plus with a running game.
Come on little guy, nobody here is 15 but you, ok?
The Saints had a 8 power ranking last season, that's
offense-4
defense-4
The Broncos had a 20
offense-1
defense-19
Obviously a -2 would be as good as it got.
