Blair Witch Projectopia.
Was trying to recommend it to someone but forget the name. Some guys are filming something and they find some clue that takes them into a swamp area and they find a hidden tunnel inside a boathouse. And in there, they find a device that does something. Then they get followed by these people. Then they find this recluse who did some original work on it or something.
It was a good movie but I forget what the it was called. Low budget...I think it was like something opia.

In 1950, a Hungarian couple were forced to leave that commie country for the USA with their eldest daughter, but another daughter who was still an infant had to be left behind, she was raised by a Hungarian couple. Five years later, the couple, with the help from the America Red Cross, brought their daughter to USA, where the young girl was confronted by some sudden changes that led to a serious of troubles. She grew rebellious, and a few years later when she was in her mid teens she still threw tantrums every now and then, and she once even pulled out a gun to shoot the door down when her mom locked her up in her room to prevent her dating the local young guys. She arranged a travel back to Hungary to meet her step parents, during that visit her parents showed her a pic, she was moved to teams seeing that pic, end of movie...
