3. Would initiate negotiations with J.T. Goodell to make the D-League a feeder for the FFL if this gets up and running.

Doesn't look like it matters, but I'd play tbh.
When I started the money league last year, I didn't envision there would be a waiting list after just one season. So to that end I'm very excited that there is so much interest in the money league here on SpursTalk. However there's really no scenario that involves a second league that somehow feeds into the main league without shafting someone from the main league. I've tried to be a very fair commissioner and feel like I've done a good job with that, so I can't in good conscience sign off on something that would ultimately be unfair to one of the players from the money league. I have to take care of them.
I definitely support the creation and administration of additional leagues on SpursTalk. By no means do I want the money league to be the only game in town. I hope you're able to fill out a league, seems like a good thing for the waitlist folks and also people that don't want to pay $100, but would pay a cheaper buy-in like you suggested.
It was casually mentioned as a way to get people to play to the bitter end--last place gets demoted, winner of D-league gets promoted.
Ultimately it wiuldve been up to you and the rest of the league members. Don't think it wil matter though since there doesn't seem to be enough interest in this league.
