The Washington Generals.
This year we can stand a few minutes that team
PG: Beno Udrih
SG/SF: Manu Ginobili
SF/SG: Brent Barry
PF: Fabricio Oberto
C: Rasho Nesterovic
which was the last team in having at the same time in field 5 white players?
The Washington Generals.
*grabbing popcorn... waiting for the show to start*
colorwise? eh, because I wouldn't classify Manu or Fabri white racewise.
Christ, not again!![]()
*enter the Argentine Mafia*
Do you preffer: No one black in the field
But donīt worry smeagol
We born in American Continent, but we arenīt americans
Now, we arenīt white
If we arenīt white, the only whites are the blondes like Beno or Rasho
And Steve Nash isnīt White, and nor Roger Federer and the others
This has nothing to do with the Argie mafia or the Church of Manu, it has to do with general knowledge. If you don't understand that Manu and Oberto are white, then you need to hit the books.
This brings me back to the Trinity convo we had...lol
doesn't that make you South Americans? We born in American Continent, but we arenīt americans
Does it really matter what race Oberto and Manu are? I don't give a rat's ass if they are white, green, yellow or red as long as they can play well.... besides, the only colors that matter are Silver and Black.![]()
I was making a joke - I think the whole discussion of race is ridiculous. The color of one's skin doesn't dictate whether they'll be good at basketball, or anything else for that matter.
Some threads are just born to be stupid.
Rodney White would be a decent and cheap addition to the bench, I completely agree.
i understand that things can get pretty slow in the offseason but jeez... is this the type of discussion that we have stooped down to? having white players? / whos white and whos not
Okey thatīs good, you are the americans and we are "Los americanos"
Ginobili is a Italian Last Name like too much "americans"
white is just a generalization of a bunch of nationalities, but i would rather not classify Gino or Fabri as white, get over it, my opinion, not yours, move on.

Dude, are you serious? White defines nationalities? As I said before, hit the books.
Why would you not classify them as white, which is what they obviously are?
They are both Argentines of Italian decent (their fathers, grandfathers or most probably great grandfathers were born in Italy).
My wife was born in Argentina but her four grandparents were born in Britain. She is as white as it gets. But according to you, she does not qualify as white.
Like assholes, everyone has one. But you seem to be clueless on the subject.
The funny thing is we had a multi-page thread on this subject not so long ago![]()
the thread starter, i believe, is basically trying to define an all-white team, which I believe Manu wouldn't "qualify" by most peoples definitions. Do you seriously think Manu describes himself as "white" and not Argentinian? I think that Americans use the white term to loosely describe someone who isn't Mexican, Black, Asian, Native American, or any other ethnicity. Overseas, they are described basically by nationality, for example Russian, Italian, etc. Am I wrong? If so, correct me before you attack me.
Refer to this thread for further ridiculous arguments on the white vs hispanic vs latin vs Tex Mex vs real Mexican food

chalk this thread and all of the stupid responces to a serious waste of time
if its important to you to put lables on people to justify your beliefs then you need to get over yourself
