Luck, RW and RGIII all had good rookie years. Then there was Big Ben who won his first 13 starts , Jim Kelly and Dan Marino. And thats just off the top of my head, With a little research I have no doubts I could find more.

But before Luck, how far back / how many rookie QBs did well? Vs how many rookie QBs got hammered.

Rg3 put up arguably the most efficient rookie year of all time and turned a team to a playoff team
luck turned the worst record in the league to a playoff team his rookie year as well. Not as good statistically but had numerous comebacks against decent teams
wilson put up like 27 passing touchdowns and had a successful rookie year too
