I have copied quite a few dvd's but am having a problem with Sin City. Is anyone else having a problem copying it? I have came to the conclusion that is has to do with Doubled layer issues.

You need DVD Shrink to downsize the movies and possibly remove other audio tracks and sub le tracks. Or you could buy DL(dual layered) DVD-R/+R/-RW/+RW to burn the whole complete DVD's, they're quite expensive though. Also, be sure you have a DVD Drive that supports DL burning. For more info go to:

I've been having trouble myself. And I'm using DVD Shrink 3.2 among other programs.

also check out afterdawn.com. Go look at their forums they'll give you all the pointers. You might want to try anydvd which you can buy from the website. It's 30 or 40 dollars and helped me when I copied a movie I couldn't otherwise.

I would start anydvd (it has a 30 free trial period) which runs in the background then I would use dvddecrypter to rip the dvd to you pc. Then use dvd shrink to get rid of unneeded stuff like other language tracks, previews. And then burn to dvd-+r with a good brand like verbatim, maxell, or fuji all while not running any other programs.

You will need to hack through the encryptions most likely. Something such as DVD Decrypter should do it.

DVD Decrypter does not RIP or decrypt Sony DVDs. For example, Kung Fu Hussle and/or House of Flying Daggers.

Warning: Sony DVDs will slow down your DVD burner after attempting to RIP them with DVD Decrypter or DVD shrink.

Still working on it.......Alcohol the program is suppose to do it but haven't been able to do it.

If it happen to slow your computer down already, uninstall and install primary drivers.
