damn, this dude deserves serious prison time. nothing she did was grounds for a beatdown like that...
and good, the CHP did their own investigation, turned in their findings to the DA's office, and the CHP themselves have said he's probably going to face very serious chargers. sort of putting the "cops always blindly back up cops" image away, at least in this case.
