they'll try to milk a draft pick out of him to a qb desperate team... say the chiefs if they have a miserable season
Not after give Smith that money. Tampa may jump, though.
God played a great game today finding open receivers all over the field. Big game next week @ philly and you know desean will be extra motivated so i hope God can give him a couple nice deep balls.
Kirk4Life troll account pls
genuinely laughing at this
Put a waiver claim in for Cousins in my ESPN league due to Brady sucking donkey .
Raiders are always in play to trade for a QB every single year so you never know. I see them or Jacksonville or some other lowly team jumping on him.
I had Brady last year and I said I would not draft him again after that, his numbers last year fell off horribly and for a high pick he did me in last year.
raiders will be sticking with Carr
Both Oakland (/SA) and Jacksonville drafted QBs this year that they seem happy with. I think you'll be looking at TB/Tennessee/NYJ/STL() as potential landing spots. Dallas is a potential dark horse.
also depends how the ans see Mettenberger. injury and off-field concerns had him fall quite a bit in the draft, but he was really impressive in the preseason. Geno actually does look better this year, so i doubt the Jets will dump a pick for RG3 unless Smith faceplants. i have no clue though, but i think they would be able to find a trade partner if they wanted to
Jerry Jones next summer: "I came this close to pulling the trigger on an RG3 trade but was horse collared to the ground by my son before I could reach the phone."
Dammit no! I was hoping the redskins would ruin their next ten years by continuing to blindly support rg3.
Please comeback for the Cowboys game![]()
The bad thing is RG has proven to be incredibly emotionally unstable. He can't handle being letdown or going through adversity like this without being severely mentally impacted. I wonder if Cousins does well and RG is truly out for a while, if he can recover mentally.
Man I hear they will stick with year after year, check their trades for QB's and drafts and expansion drafts etc., they still suck after all of that honestly. I never see a QB secure there but who knows.
For now Oakland and Jax are happy with their drafted QB's, you know how that goes usually. Gabbert was one as well for Jax, Pryor for Oakland, trade for Palmer, Campbell and the list goes on and on with that team and their QB. I can see TB or Tenn though! NYJ might try and stick with Geno but you never know there, they might. STL too bad for them as they had Bradford who is legit but gets hurt two years in a row. Dallas could be a dark horse as well sides that HUGE contract for Romo! Who knows though with their owner they might try to swing it for some ratings or some ticket sales, I can see that as well.
I think though of Cousins has a very good year he would be trade bait and you could see him swung for a pick (RG not Cousins), that would seem likely. I feel bad for the guy but he gets hurt too much, period.
oakland hasn't had an actual franchise QB candidate since Jamarcus Russell though. none of our guys we've brought in since were ever considered to be the "qb of the future" in the same light Carr is. we had been trading picks for stopgap qb's in recent years (campbell, palmer, flynn, schaub)... but they think Carr is the guy, so i doubt they'd trade for another QB at season's end.
contrary to your other post, Pryor was never considered to be a face of the franchise or QB of the future
