The first and last are simply cons utional matters. i certainly don't see Congress doing anything about it, so they must be OK with it.

Obama hasn't currently been directly tied to any actual corruption. I find it difficult to believe Hitler was unaware of the mass extermination of Jews and the enormous resources dedicated to them.
