Every NBA player over 35 needs to retire soon. Kobe has been on his last legs for 2-3 years now. Nash was done in Phoenix before he even came to the Lakers. These big market teams just see the name and lock these players up to huge contracts. They deserve what they get, but it's brutal for their fans.

I agree with your statement its very hard for perimeter players to be highly effective after the age of 35. Its pretty rare you will find guys who were perimeter players that were able to play within in their late 30's outside of Stockton,Jordan,Miller. I think part of the reason why Duncan can still be effective at his old age is because the bigman position doesn't require that much of mobility while its the opposite if your a perimeter player.
