I heard Whi has a sprained vag because The Spurs want to give him a max contract next year instead of a max extension this year. Knee problems, broken hand, eyebola, and now a recurring vaginal strain. Durability may be an issue.

This. From the sound of things, he's been working out and playing basketball the whole time...just not with the team since they didn't want to risk the infection spreading to other players. If he's back with the team now, I'm assuming that means the fear of him being contagious is no longer there and thus he should (hopefully) be ready to go tomorrow night.

I found out he was working out separately a the UTSA gym. No one reported it, but entire Roadrunner team now has Eyebola, so, tbh, Kawhi was there.

Well, Chip can coach him without touching or rubbing up against him and all sorts of personal we don't like to think of when we play basketball. At that point, you just have to worry about fomites (mainly the ball), and your hands, mostly. A little 91% isopropyl alcohol will help quite a bit, and soap and water, of course.
