- He had an embarrassing 2.0 QB rating (that's not a typo). It's the worst single-game QB rating in NFL history of any quarterback that threw at least 30 passes, breaking Vince Ferragamo's 30-year-old record of 2.8.
- His 30% completion percentage is the lowest for a single game in franchise history for a QB that threw at least 25 passes - and the Bengals' franchise history is .
- On top of that, he threw three interceptions to zero touchdowns.
Leaf's implosion against Kansas City is the only other candidate that comes to mind - but at least Leaf only had 15 attempts that game!

It's not just the QB rating - it's the QB rating and the number of attempts. Nobody who's thrown at least 30 passes in a game has ever put up that low of a rating before.

In Kansas City on Sunday, Leaf completed 1 of 15 passes for 4 yards in a 23-7 loss to the Chiefs. Leaf had three fumbles and two interceptions on his first seven possessions. On the first play of the game, Leaf completed a 4-yard pass to Freddie Jones. Then came the fumbles, the interceptions and 14 consecutive incompletions.
After the game, Leaf was reported to have shouted obscenities at a television cameraman, which the quarterback has denied. On Monday, he confronted the reporter Jay Posner of The San Diego Union-Tribune, shouting obscenities in a locker-room tirade caught on video and shown repeatedly on national television. Leaf was upset that Posner wrote about the alleged incident with the cameraman.

I don't know about that anymore, NFL teams have short windows..
The 9ers are still talented, for example, but not nearly at the same level as before, people overrate their current talent..
Cinci is the same, they're still really talented, but their window is closing, and they have wasted 2 years with Dalton at QB(not to mention wasting like 10 years with Marvin Lewis)..
