^This. Went TDY on a trip to Alaska one time and there were ers outside in 30 degree weather with shorts.
30 in shorts ain't bad if it's sunny and you're busy, but 30 on a dreary gray day with wind would be unimaginable in shorts tbh.
Why do guy wear shorts and then put on a jacket?
