What foods are high in Carbos and Fibers?
I need to eat some of these the next two days....
Spaghetti.
High in Carbs:
Healthy Stuff-
Green Vegetables
Fruits
Wheat prodcuts (Rice, Pasta, Wheat Bread -- Also has some Fiber)
Sports Drinks
Junk
Candy/Sugar
Fiber:
Oatmeal/Cheerios/Vegetables
CORN
Or you can take supplements.
Why?
Don't beans have lots of carbs?
Oatmeal is a good choice....it has a lot of both, as does most bran cereal.
Raw fruit with the skin does, too.

Whole wheat spaghetti has a lot of cabs and good fiber.
Also the cereal suggestions.

Anything with whole wheat or brain is packed with fiber and normally carbs, sounds like you need complex carbs.
I love WW spaghetti!
Go buy yourself some Uncle Sam's cereal. It can't get any more fiberous than that and it's pretty good.
