Can't blame the OC, not sure why he'd admit it unless he is looking for a way out as implied in the article. Cutler is a very frustrating player, though I wonder if the diabetes has taken a toll on him. He's always been somewhat of a prick though.

Dude was obviously exposed in his short stint with Denver. He ed that Shannahan was fired without consulting him, as if he was a proven champion and required consultation and approval. He ed over a possible trade. Guy is the most overpaid athlete of all time.
100% talent 0% brain
Instead of apologize for his comments, dude should have been all, "Cutler, I'm sorry... I'm not sorry for making the comments, but, rather, that the comments are true. It sucks having you as my QB. I'm sorry you haven't the brain to comprehend the facts of these statements, and I'm sorry you haven't the heart to be challenged by them. Above all, I'm sorry that this organization coddles the out of you like a new born infant when, in fact, you're a 10-year veteran with a single playoff season on his record, despite being a highly regarded talent with a plethora of offensive weapons. But what I'm mostly sorry for is that in all this I've wasted my breath, because in life theres two things that no outside factors can fix: Stupid and Apathy - and for all your talent, you lead the league in both. So, you Cutler for torpedoing a damn good Bears team, and you Bears for not having the balls to even speak up. Yeah, my comments may have been in the wrong forum, but at least I give a that we suck."
