This is just bad basketball. On that last possession Cory took too long to run loop. Too late into the shot clock and it doesn't help that Duncan didn't come out to pick Cory's defender. Cannot be indecisive like that.

Green-led pick and rolls are utterly useless. When the other team knows that he's going to dribble once into the paint and pass back out to a popping Duncan, it completely defeats the purpose of a pick and roll. The opposing team has to think that you're a threat to score on the drive for the pick and roll to work.
