Saw this earlier today. Crazy. Doesn't look like a stall. Must have lost power on takeoff but I can't imagine what the pilot was trying to accomplish banking that low. Article said they think he did it to prevent hitting buildings but seemed like from that angle he could have dropped it in the river like that PanAm pilot a couple of years ago.
