What's about TGY, hater, Chump hate/trolling threads? Your point seems so biased if you don't mention these guys.
There is a tendency to see oneself as less annoyed than other people...
People will agree that this place has really turned into a dump lately.
What if NO ONE replies to any of the posts/threads coming from Apalisoc, Dabom, Malik Hairston, FKLA and Clipper Nation? Just let them (or him) post in a vacuum and see how long they/he can handle it.
In other words: don't feed the troll(s) and save Spurstalk

They use facts and advanced statistics to prove their arguments, old Spurs fans can't handle change, sometimes the truth hurts.
Those guys do not start 10 threads per day on Kawhi or Parker.
When you post facts and advanced stats, you prove an argument. When you post the same thing 10 times per day, you're just trolling.
Most sensible posters don't post in their threads already, or do it very rarely.
truth nuke. Don't need to
Short bus needs to scream their rubish to be heard![]()
When an on ball screen is employed it is the responsibility of the dribbler to space properly and use the correct angle to set up his man to be effectively screened. To actually observe this requires EYES. If they would like to draw the geometry of how this is done effectively, fine. BUT...
To use #s the way some posters do to prove faults in tactics, and or strategy, or physical ability , is just stupid. Use the statistics correctly. Those of us who can WATCH a basketball game and realize Tim Duncan did not necessarily have a great game last night can have a legitimate discussion about what was going on defensively. So do you think Duncan is just too slow, he was matched up improperly, or the kid he was covering most of the night is really good? A little of all of it? Did Duncan require more off ball help? It is my opinion that Duncan had a very tough night on D. I don't even know his opposition's numbers.
When one takes #s, and misuses them, it becomes disingenuous OPINION. This board's discussion is largely based on opinion. And that's an opinion. The Spurs won last night, fact. The Spurs outscored the opponent, fact. How did it come to this, opinion. Use the #s properly please. Not to bash a player(s) one had an obvious bias against. (Or vice versa, it's really tiresome. Imo.)

Well we won because of the clutch shots of TP and Ferrari tbh.
Without them this is an L
It's easy: don't respond to simple s with simple takes.. people who don't understand what the they're talking about so they just throw labels out there.....soft, vanilla, player fan, mainstream fan, choker, elite, etc...it's lazy.
Chump And Hater pepper their trolling with decent takes though.
what decent takes? link pls![]()
I'm not going to hunt down for your lazy, dumb ass.
The French flag is all I needed to see on this one.
Harlem, the bus driver, is taking a 'break' supposedly... So there's that![]()
Yeah not gonna lie, this board has really turned to . For some reason people are incapable of ignoring trolls.
The only problem with this theory is that everyone trolls. What really needs to happen is that good, knowledgeable posters need to stop trolling and start regulating. It's not going to happen though... Nobody cares anymore.
or in other words:
roman.star is a Spurs fan from France.
leave Enrique alone![]()
Obviously. People in France love Tony Parker. Why is this unusual?
I mean I'm fine with occasional trolling...forums aren't fun when everyone is just 100% serious all the time. But people here take it way the overboard. Have one thread for trolling Parker and bump it every time he plays like - I'm fine with that. But having the entire front page constantly filled with 10+ topics about the same things is just annoying and ridiculous. I haven't even been coming here as much recently because there's almost no point. You go to SpursTalk and it's just like "Oh here's one interesting article, and then 10 topics about how Kawhi could be the next MJ if Parker wasn't holding him back. Cool."
Like I know Parker has been this year, but ...give it a rest. And then you have tons of people here who either a) don't realize these people are trolling, or b) don't care and want to try and troll them back. It's a never-ending cycle.
The good posters HAVE been regulating. Enrique stans are just butthurt by it.
Trolling is great when it's smart and funny. That's why not everyone should do it. Everybody wants to be a ing message board all-star now. ing scrubs need to know their role, if you ask me.
