Only if the new face of the franchise dominates like he did tonight tbh
Just curious.
Needs 224 wins to surpass Sloan on the list for most wins with one team.
Needs 156 wins to surpass the Zen Master on the All-Time wins list.
How many wins do you think Pop ends up with? Will he surpass Phil?
Personally, don't think he stays around long enough to surpass these guys. Maybe Larry Brown, his mentor, which I'm sure would mean a lot to him, and maybe Karl, but that's it. Discuss.
All-Time Wins List
Don Nelson - 1,335
Lenny Wilkens - 1,332
Jerry Sloan - 1,223
Pat Riley - 1,210
Phil Jackson - 1,155
George Karl - 1,131 (will continue to rise with Kings)
Larry Brown - 1,098
Gregg Popovich - 1,000

I think he passes Phil Jackson before he retires.
phil will call out pop when he passes him
I bet your the first person on your knees when playoffs start.![]()
"you're"... I knew you were an amateur.
typo has your panties in a bunch.![]()
Possible, but it'll be difficult once Tim and Manu retire. 50-win seasons will be a thing of the past, at least for a while.
