The team was on the verge of blowing the game wide open, then Pop stunted our offensive flow by intentionally fouling. Then, our shooters cooled off, the Clippers regained their composure, and they were able to claw their way back into the game. As most people pointed out in the game thread, the strategy should be used when the other team is hot--not the other way around!
Needs to get over himself. Let the players decide the game.
The Clippers starters play more minutes than the Spurs starters, so giving them rest like that isn't a good idea. I know those 3's by Marco were somewhat lucky, especially that last one, but good lord what does it say to your team that you intervene with your supreme wisdom in their behalf instead of allowing them to compete? Even if the Spurs win, I don't mind the hacking but he's pulling a Chris Paul, too smart for his own good. He's basically showing off, like Paul did last year when he gave the series away to the Thunder.

I think this loss is on him, if it slips away. I though he learned not to hack while up big earlier in the series.
He should apologize and own up to it in the locker room. But he won't. Instead the mule will send Bonner in for more hacking in the second half

Pop doesn't understand offensive rhythm. That's why he messes it up so much with the hacking.
