It sucks to know that Manu only played 14 mins in potentially his last home game. I would like to have ride or die with him out on the court but this series just isn't for him. There is no one for him to guard unless the Clipper bench is in.
With game 7 on Saturday probably being the final game for these three old sports, I think as a Spurs community, we should take the time to really reflect on the joy it has been watching Tony, Tim & Manu play together (with the exception of this season) The floor is yours

They will be missed if this is the end of the big three, no doubt at all about it.
Always appreciate the history but this ride isn't over yet
It can't end like this for Duncan/Manu. Just can't.
Saturday will tell man, if it is over then so be it and if not great.. I won't get my hopes up for Saturday but hope they have one more ride left in them to extend their season. Round one being out would be a big dissapointment as far as the season goes but will not taint the big threes run IMO AT ALL. IN the end they won.
I'm really hoping these guys have the heart of a champion and don't want to go home.
Only stain will be because of Phil's bull "they never repeated, so they were never a franchise" diss.
It can't end like this...
Phil got swept into retirement
Might as well.
Sat could be the last game of the big 3.![]()
AfterI have no regrets, tbh...
The way they played played last season, especially, meant that they earned to get a crack at defending it... if they fall short, they fall short.
He'll "magically" get the first pick somehow, and Aldridge won't even think about SA if we go out in the first round... NY or SA ain't that hard of a choice
I was just about to post this.
The Zen Master didn't just get swept, he got destroyed and embarrassed in every single game. And that was coaching a team with near-prime Kobe, near-prime Pau, a young Andrew Bynum, and Lamar Odom.
Yeah but he gets to bank on 11.. He doesn't even care. Pop doesn't care.. They're filthy rich
I hope it doesn't. BTW F PHIL JacksonLakers fans hold onto that asterisk crap to this day because he said it. I want it to end in a repeat as well, if it does not I will be blown but it is what it is.
This is definetly Manu last season..all good things come to an end
Exactly, no matter what you tell Kobe s they always use that BS smh. Just a testament of Timmy's greatness to have such expectations at Age 39
I cringe every time I hear "big 3", tbh..it's the big 2, there was never a 3..
Yep, their aging guy is at home again and sitting while Timmay is still setting records in the playoffs.
Yes it is, slick.
my favorite athlete of all-time![]()
