its ok man, we fought our asses off
I hate ing being right.
its ok man, we fought our asses off
im much less mad than i though i would
They gave us great moments, and Parker was amazing today.
It's ok you don't have to deal with being right that often, suck it up.
DMC....
My .
I'm actually right most of the time.
Too bad you were not right about Kawhi dominating tonight.
Pop had other intentions. He told kawhi to be a role player and not the first option.
I also said to start Patty or Diaw tbh. We win by 20 with my adjustments.
33 minutes for Leonard tonight even Paul who went to the locker played more tonight
Saving him for 2016 finals. Joking aside even with foul trouble he could have played more minutes.
They will do it again the next season.
You don't get to be right with a caveat. You're either right or you aren't and you weren't.
Your adjustments consider one moment in a game and you try to extrapolate that to not only an entire game but an entire series. You think Patty could guard Chris Paul or anyone? The bench did well because the Clippers' bench sucks ass, not because Patty Mills is a beast.
Who expected Pop to revert Kawhi to a role player.
Leonard should leave. No way does a finals mvp approaching his prime should back up a broken down pg that can't hit an open 15 footer.
God damn, every year after a championship, something horrible happened to the spurs in the playoffs...
2000 = Duncan misses playoffs (still the worst injury of his entire career)
2004 = Fisher shot in game 5
2006 = Lose game 7 to mavs in OT at home
2008 = Lose to Lakers, controversial ending to game 5
2015 = Lose game 7 to Clippers by 2 points in one of the closest games ever
these post- le years. And we can't use the "odd year" excuse anymore.
Yeah it would be so much better if we were like the Clippers and didn't have all those post le years.
I find it sad and disrespectful as well, you pop.
We lost a extremely close series against a very good young team. Simple as that. No need to panic. With a few decent free agents we will be back. I think Manu, Duncan, and Pop will be back.
It's on the front office. They always brings back the same core group while never trying to improve the roster. Had the MLE this offseason but they chose not to use it. Decided to enter the season with dregs like Austin Daye, Bonner, and Ayres on the roster. Injuries happen(of course) and we end being forced to start Daye and rookie Kyle Anderson a couple games.
It's funny someone joked the miracle we needed to win game 7 was TP getting injured like in game 6 in OKC last year. I would tend to have agreed with that sentiment. Later on in the game he did more bad than good. Should have let Patty Claxton close out the game.
