Just sucks. They had an injured Rockets team waiting for them and likely would have only had to worry about the Warriors. After that they would have gotten a questionable team from Cleveland or a worst case scenario of playing an overachieving Hawks team. Season was a bust. Hopefully Timmy comes back and they improve in the offseason.
Only positive on this is now Parker can heal up along with Splitter. And Patty can actually have an offseason instead of just rehabbing.
Manu might be gone. He looked pretty old. But maybe he can heal up a bit and keep doing what he does when he's effective.
Sorry your pic is just too awesome.
Pop was one of the worst coaches off 2015.
He really did make many questionable decisions in this series.
You don't heal up from being old. He gone.
Pop also playing cancerrique big minutes during the RS.![]()
Ideally, Manu "hangs it up" and Spurs renounce his rights (cap space) and then sign him to the biannual or room exception around the ASG. Run it another year with Duncan and grab the right FA (if Aldridge, okay to move Tiago but otherwise fit them under the cap). Bring the other contributors back.
Warriors could be weaker next year if they don't resign Draymond, but I expect they will. Will be tough to make another finals, but they'll be rested up this time.
Worry about the warriors? They'd be favourites after the slog we went through.
Regrets? Trade for a pg at the deadline. Have Aaron Baynes grow bigger balls, shut down Manu, sit Parker more,
Too much of that is hindsight. We started behind the eight ball and never got you. The ending ranking should have us as the fourth best team I think. We're probably better than the clips if healthy but they had the matchup to beat us
No heart of a champion. Explains why they never repeat.
Porker had the heart of a pig
Porker you look handsome.
You know this season is ed when Pop grows his beard in the pre-season
