I will go on record to say he would have definitely help a top 5 legacy in the NBA. What Spurs fans fail to realize is when you defend your le... it transcends you from just great, to legendary status. And this is just legacy... not individual rankings where Jim is in the top 10. Right now I have it...

    Russell
    Kareem
    Jordan
    Magic
    Kobe
    Shaq
    Hakeem
    Thomas
    James
    Pippen

Real champions repeat, that's what separates legends like Shaq and Gasol from Duncan.

Duncan, Shaq, Kobe and James make up 4 of your Top 11. Basketball Post 2000 has been adequate at best. It doesn't add up.

Did you leave off Bird on purpose?

There's a video out there where MJ talks about why his 3-peat meant so much to him. He figured that Magic, Bird, and Zeke couldn't do it... so legacy wise he felt that gave him the edge. I agree with him. Like Jim... Bird couldn't defend it multiple times. Its his own fault and he should be held accountable. In Jim's case... they played so well last year that the pundits were ushering in a new era of basketball. Then they follow up that performance by losing in the first round to a losing franchise who's best player is a career choker.

"Defending a le" is just a construct invented by Laker fans in order to feel slightly less butt-devastated by the fact that Tim Duncan had a better career than Kirbs. gots.

Is Duncan a GM? yeah thought so.
A player and a GM are both part of an organization.

I digress, though - how's life treating you KBL?

Jerry West gets credit for that than. You were just a in water boy early 00s. And the late 00s West had a hand in that too so you.

Sports life? Meh....I got 5 in the case so I'm doing okay.

You? You really thinking about trading the pick, nick young, and Randle for DMC? ing Mitch. You never learn.

Naw, KBL, not too interested in sports after the fight. I'm signing Rondo whenever he drops by, Buss just said find him somebody to sell seats and I don't feel like working my magic.

Spurs are a Great Dynasty. But behind

    - 90's Bulls
    - 80's Lakers
    - 2000's Lakers
    - 80's Celtics

I'd say behind the late 80s Pistons and 94-95 rockets as well.

Well, he no sooner got back on his feet from Amy breakin' his hole than he pissed away 20 million smackers. Now he's ed. An American, even a half breed like Duncan can't let that 20 million dollar loss be forgotten. He has to make it up, no...matter...what. Most convenient way? Keep playin'---sell more ( ) in Bexar County=cars, boats, tv's, gay sexual aids, soda pop, et al.

Better than the 00s Lakers. Lasted longer, and had the best player from any of those teams. Shaq's peak is arguable, but Duncan's totality from the dynasty > Shaq's totality from his.

Also better than 80s Celtics. Produced 2 more championships.

90s Bulls and 80s Lakers I'll grant you.

You cant be a dynasty when you never repeat. If you think so then you dont understand what a "dynasty" is.
