Spurs would have steamrolled the Rockets, and we would've beaten Memphis too.

Damn...just...damn. Just goes to show you how much luck is required to win a le. If Tiago doesn't hurt his vagina at the end of the season and Tony is able to play like AT LEAST a league average player, then things would have been way different.

Coulda shoulda woulda...I know, but it's just frustrating to see things unfold this way.

Meh, a lot of luck involved, like you said..

If Danny Green doesn't shoot at a historic pace for 2 straight playoffs, if Manu doesn't have a throwback playoff run in 2014, if Parker doesn't get hurt in game 6 of the OKC series, Spurs probably don't have the success they have had as of late..a lot of hot stretches and luck is required..

I don't like GSW, but I put money on them winning this year. looks like I am going to lose that money too.

I haven;t watched a single NBA game after the game 7 loss so I don't know what's wrong.

I know how you feel. No one looks scary.

No matter how soft Tiago was, how dribble dribble TP was or how invisible Kawhi was, I have to blame this on POP. You cant let something thats "on course to be off course". Its like he rather let the system run and not interfere with coaching. The whole team minus Timmy looked like they had no heart and no hustle, except until the final minutes of game 7, then I saw a bit of fire. Add to that all the missed FTs. Maybe Pop was soft and fatigued.

You can say the same about 04 and 06. Its best to just not give it any thought or else you'll just end up getting pissed off tbh.

The Spurs sucked. It was apparent all season they had no interest in repeating. The playoffs just proved it. the last game of the regular season proved it.

Sure, but we didn't look right all season anyway. The way the season was playing out, it was easier to accept it wasn't our year.

Well at least he spurs have motivation now. Those humiliating years really got them hungry for 5.

So we have to kick the pelicans ass, clippers ass.. Gotta keep the griz humble. Gotta avenge spurs east.

Spurs had half the team not showing up at all in these playoffs. They lacked hunger and focus.

Spurs would've beaten the Rockets, but I think WCF would've been their ceiling as the team wasn't even half as good as last year in these playoffs.

Kawhi missing both FTs when he only needed to make one to win the Cleveland game.

Spurs have been very lucky with health the past 2 years. Just this season look at Durant, Conley, Matthews, Wall, Love etc... Last year we got some help when Ibaka went down, it happens.

Wasn't our year, we just couldn't stay healthy enough.

I just said that to my boy today man, ING ........ West is WIDE open now and GSW looks very beatable and Houston I think we get past in round two. We met the wrong team in round one it seems, damn near won it but failed in the end to pass. This sucks.

That game pissed me off man, not one but TWO misses.

Whats funny is with half the team off they still damn near won it in 7. Shows you how good they can be but as you said the hunger and focus to close it out (Injuries too but they happen) this year bit them. I agree on the Rockets and WCF would have been a? I still would have loved to see it play out past round one and the shot to win it all, things just did not go their way.

A healthy Spurs team was the best team in the league. Kawhi played sub-par against Clips but healthy teammates would have made a huge difference. I think Spurs would have won in 5 or 6 games and finished off Houston in a sweep or 5 as well. This is the end of the era for the team as we know it. In the end, they didn't have enough good fortune on their side.

    Re-too and Re-turn for 6.
