    innocent man shoots racist in self defense and does not get charged (video)

    This might be a first: a black man shoots a white man in self defense … and he does not get charged with murder.

    A black man who legally carried a concealed firearm shoots a white man after they hurled racial insults at him and his companion, then physically attacked him at a Waffle House in Fort Myers, Fla.

    The local police department decided not to press charges after viewing the video showing the two white men’s aggression and the reviewing the black man’s gun permit. The victim died
